We worked with Luis CasTro and his team, they were so SO wonderful and on-time. I appreciate when people showing up on time or at least text/call if they are running late. We are renovating a kitchen and we have dealt with sub contractors, and some of them are horrible on time/schedules. Luis showed up on-time and super easy to work with, they are one of the best team I had with my most recent kitchen project. I am HAPPY about our new countertops. Luis was so friendly and answered a lot of my questions such as how to clean it etc. def. love working with them.
We love the way our countertops turned out. We loved how well they did the finish work, we loved the workers who installed it, we had great first impressions of the entire process. You probably wondering why I am giving three stars. When we reserved our countertops, we were required to pay 50% upfront and then we were given a timeframe of when to expect the installation to happen, which wasn’t a problem, but once they received that 50%, they dropped off the map. They were very difficult to get a hold of, they did not stick to their time frames, they didn’t show up for appointments to do the template, they pushed us back a couple of weeks on our remodel which was really difficult because we were having a baby. After the installation, they didn’t install a particle board to mount the dishwasher to, and it took a while to get them out here to fix it. Would I recommend this company? Absolutely! I would just give them proper expectations on how things work, because that was aggravating at times.
We recently had bedrock quartz install quartz countertops in our home as well as our kitchen backsplash. I would highly recommend them to anyone and was very pleased with their work. Connie was our sales representative. She met with us after hours to accommodate my husbands work schedule. She was patient as we navigated the many choices and was very helpful with color ideas. It’s so nice that they have large samples of all the quartz so we could really see what we were getting. The installers for the counters were excellent and timely. I loved our installers for the backsplash. They were so professional and clean and paid great attention to detail. I couldn’t be more pleased and would recommend bedrock to anyone needing this work.
We are so pleased with our experience with Bedrock Quartz. From the moment we walked in Amy helped us and answered any questions we had. Installation was on time and the installers were fantastic. Our countertops are beautiful. We highly recommend this company.
