As an Retail Sales Professional you will be responsible for fulfilling your customers’ dreams with our trusted service and products. All the while working in an energetic environment and enjoying the satisfaction of seeing the project through from initial meeting and quote to completion. This includes generating and presenting detailed project estimates, meeting sales goals, and providing a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining existing customer relationships, developing new relationships, and networking to grow market share with all sizes of accounts through regular customer visits.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive customer/sales plans to drive business growth
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
  • Managing projects in the pipeline through quality checks and other follow-ups
  • Ensure all customer issues are dealt with proactively and effectively, keeping management informed of any issues/problems 
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to manager. Collaborate effectively with internal team members to accomplish the work required to close sales
  • Regularly utilize and leverage CRM for customer tracking, maintaining, analyzing and managing customer requirements
  • Communicate internally with team to maximize opportunities with customers
  • Develop and maintain a high degree of product and industry knowledge

Bedrock Quartz offers competitive compensation packages in addition to our generous health, vision, and dental benefits. Our Retail Sales Professional role includes both a fixed salary and a Quarterly Bonus.
