This note is to tell you how pleased we are with our new kitchen and the important part Bedrock Quartz Surfaces played in its design and assembly.

Everyone who had a part to play in this kitchen said it was the most challenging design they had seen from the point of view of engineering and installation. As you know, there is the usual counter surface made special by your technician matching the grain in the stone at the seams. There is a vertical, translucent panel running the length of the counter top upon which is a higher, smaller countertop. The channeling in the lower counter top for this vertical piece and the channeling in the underneath of the upper counter required a high degree of precision to make it fit and when assembly time came, it went together smoothly the first time. This required a great deal of forethought and planning and working with our contractor.

All of this required frequent and clear communication with both our contractor and our cabinetmaker to insure everyone was on the same page and delivery schedules were met as promised. Everyone paid the greatest attention to detail and the result is really quite excellent.

Molly and I grateful for the role you and your staff played.
