I just wanted to send you this letter to thank you and those you work with at Bedrock Quartz for the precise and professional manner in which you installed our countertops. We enjoy our countertops and kitchen every day and are grateful for your efforts in helping us through the process.

When we started our home remodel we knew that we wanted the kitchen to be a focal point in our home and that the countertops can make or break the feel of that room. It became obvious as we began looking at various stone that we needed to find a manufacturer that had the skills and abilities to fabricate and install our countertops right the first time.

We investigated several manufacturers by visiting their fabrication shops and observing their work. I was very impressed by the systems that you have in place. This was important to me as a mechanical engineer and owner of my own engineering firm.

As you know, Ellen and I spent nearly two months looking for the right stone for our kitchen, utility room, and bathroom for our home remodel. You were very helpful and encouraging throughout the process. Eventually we found exactly what we were looking for in color, pattern, and quantity. There was just enough material for our job. At that point, I was sure glad that we had a manufacturer that we had confidence in because I certainly did not want to search again for the right stone.
