Quartz Countertops
Comprised of 93% natural quartz stone, quartz surfacing offers a great combination of form and function, allowing for a diverse, durable, and practical surfacing material. With its stain, crack, scratch, chemical, and heat-resistant properties, quartz surfacing is a great choice for care-free kitchen countertops, bathroom vanities, flooring, table tops, wall paneling, and more. Quartz surfacing is not heat proof though and care must be exercised when placing hot pans on quartz surfaces by using trivet or hot pads.
Quartz surfaces are easy to clean. Simply wash with warm water. Once installed, there is no sealing, polishing or reconditioning.
Quartz offers great potential for use in both horizontal and vertical applications. It can be used for any indoor surfacing application including: quartz countertops, island tops, vanities, tub and shower surrounds, backsplashes, walls, wet bars, tabletops, desktops, fireplace surrounds, floors and more.
Because its surface is non-porous, quartz surfacing does not support the growth of bacteria. Quartz surfacing does not need to be sealed on a regular basis.
Quartz comes in a dazzling array of colors, from conservative neutral hues to daring bright colors. Colors and patterns run all the way through the material and cannot wear off. This allows for edge designs limited only by the imagination.
Bedrock Quartz offers most brands of quartz surfacing including Hanstone, Caesarstone, Zodiaq, Cambria, One Stone, Okite and Silestone.
